Froze Toes

On Monday I biked from home to Maidenhead.  It was an opportunity to test out my new electric gloves.  By the time I was in London my fingers and toes were cold.  By the time I arrived in Maidenhead I was in pain.  I could hardly walk and my fingernails felt as though they were peeling off.

Lunchtime I checked the wiring harness.  The gloves need a 3 amp fuse in the circuit.  The only 3 amp circuit is for the clock.  Oddly, the clock keeps resetting to 01:00.  I check the fuse.  Well, the remains of the fuse, anyway.  Down to Halfords.  Re-wire the harness to have its own circuit and fuse.  Oh My Gosh, what a difference when the gloves are wired up correctly.  Now all I need is a set of electric socks…
